Our intimate studio has everything you need to accomplish your objective, but we are also willing to travel to your home as we understand that, for some clients, the key to success is working out in the comfort of their homes. 

About Simone Soares

 With over 18 year of experience in the fitness industry Simone Soares is a practicing member of the British Columbia Association of Kinesiologists (BCAK) She specialized in Physiology of Exercises and is also a Medical Exercise Specialist.  As a Medical Exercise Specialist she has the knowledge to work with regular clients looking to improve their health and fitness level and with clients with a wide range of medical conditions. She will make sure you get what you need to be healthy and fit. She loves her work and enjoys teaching her clients how to use exercise to achieve general health and fitness goals, leading them to a better quality of life
